Fabulous penthouse with 4 terraces just a stone’s throw from Paseo del Prado. The penthouse has terraces with 3 different orientations: south, east and west.

It has one west-facing closed terrace with large picture windows on the wall and roof. This terrace communicates with the lounge by means of a large French door and a window. It is on the 7th floor and the other buildings are lower, so as well as having some unequalled views, it is possible to watch the sun setting at dusk from the lounge or the terrace. On this terrace there is a table and an office. A small single (80cm) guest bed is also put on the terrace when necessary so it could serve as a second bedroom.

It has another open terrace facing south and west. On this terrace there is a folding table. If the table is opened out some 15 people will fit on just this terrace alone, although it has to be borne in mind that this terrace joins with the closed terrace that faces west, so there are even greater possibilities.

On the other hand, there have been clients who have asked to take a bed out onto the terrace in summer to sleep looking at the stars or caressed by the warm air of Madrid. There is scarcely any noise, neither are there mosquitoes.

There is another small covered terrace facing south, which is next to the kitchen, so it also serves as an extra space for the kitchen or for dining, it has a small table beside the windows. This terrace also has good views and communicates with the 2 open terraces. All of that provides a sense of spaciousness for the kitchen and plenty of ventilation. One or two 80cm small single beds also fit on this terrace.

The final terrace is open and looks out over the Paseo del Prado and the Parque del Retiro, it faces east so it has the morning sun and it is possible to watch the sun rise from the sun lounger.

The bathroom has a window onto the terrace too, there is also a shower onto the terrace so as to refresh oneself in summer when sunbathing.

For short stays the penthouse might suit 8 people. It has 5 beds + a double sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The penthouse is situated in the best area of Madrid, beside the Paseo del Prado, where all Madrid’s main museums are, next to the Parque del Retiro, Madrid’s largest closed park, accessed by numerous buses, underground lines, and Madrid’s main railway station: Atocha.
