CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION - RENT MADRID CONDICIONES

If you're willing to book a flat, please fill in the form corresponding to the wanted flat and consequently, you will receive an e-mail with a link to get to the website where you'll be able to finalize your booking and where a reference number will be given to you. We recommend you to note it down in case you're willing to check your booking later.
Once you are at the booking page, according to the indications that you'll be given, a payment in advance will be required, it will be a percentage of the total amount, except in a few cases when you will have to pay 100% in advance. When entering the apartment, you will have to pay the remaining part of the rental so that the total amount has been paid before the delivery of the keys and even if the stay is for several months.

If you want to extend your stay, we require a payment of 100 % in advance the moment you tell us about it. However we will show no preference for the tenant already in which means that the extension will be possible only if the flat is available at the requested dates and only after RentMadrid’s agreement. In any case, Rent Madrid reserves the right to admit or deny  the admission to the apartment and to determine the more appropriated price for a given period before agreeing to contract. The prices given on the website correspond to the minimum amounts and RentMadrid reserves the right to adjust the prices of the definitive offer according to the requested period.

In case of anticipated departure, there will be no compensation.

If you want to cancel your stay, you will have to indicate the booking reference number. If the amount has already been fully paid the moment you cancel, we will keep on the paid amount depending on the moment you inform us about the cancellation:

-  35% if the cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the entry in the apartment.
- 50% if it occurs between 30 days and less than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days prior the arrival date, no refund will be made.

As you can see, we will always recoup 35%. Consequently in the case that only 35% has been paid for the reservation, this payment will be kept entirely and independently of the moment the cancellation occurred.

In the case that you only paid a percentage of the total amount for the booking, at the entry in the apartment, the remaining part of the rental must be paid, plus a deposit of 200 Euros as a guarantee for possible damages.

The price includes electricity, heating, gas, water, community fee and all the other costs detailed in the characteristics of the apartment (internet, telephone…).

The check-in cleaning and supply of 1 bed/bath linen per person are charged 50 Euros. All the other cleanups will be charged 50 Euros more each.

For rentals longer than 3 months there could be facilities of payment or cancellation.

We recommend you take out a travelling insurance.

In the exceptional case that the apartment selected at the time of the reservation request isn’t available on the client’s date arrival, another one with similar characteristics will be offered.

The flat will be ready for occupation from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival so that we have time to say goodbye to the previous tenant and to clean and tidy the apartment. The check-in is possible in the morning only if the apartment is available at this time. If you arrive in the flat after 20:00pm, 50 euros more will be charged. The maximum check-in hour is at 23:00 pm.

The departure or check-out with refund of the deposit must occur between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.. If you leave the apartment between 00:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Rent Madrid will do a bank transfer to pay back the deposit.
