Charming apartment in Madrid. The apartment has been made by craftsmen which makes it so warm and welcoming. The first floor has a very peculiar curbed shaped bathroom, very colourful with a large bathtub; then you have the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with a high roof. The upper floor, above the dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom, another floor has been built which is the reason why its ceiling is lower. You can use this part of the flat to sleep, another part is dedicated to studying or working, and another part has big cabinets and racks. You will also find a mezzanine floor in the living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons.

There are two different entry doors and a private small garden accessible from the back door. The apartment is on the Manzanares riverside. If you feel like going and sit at its bank, you may then probably see the neighbours trying to fish near the river. The neighbourhood is very quiet and you will find a few parks around.

There is no metro station around but there are two different bus lines which stop near your door and reach several different stops downtown quickly. Plaza de Espana is at five minutes by bus.
